We are shipping worldwide!

Outside of EU	International DHL	We charge one fixed shipping price per shipment depending on country. Please proceed to checkout to see the delivery costs for your country.

The shipping costs include the costs for postage, packaging and logistics. Shipping costs include VAT and depend on the country of the recipient.

Additional customs fees are neither included in the price nor in the order and, depending on the country, must be paid by the recipient afterwards (upon entry of the package).

Shipping takes place throughout Germany with our logistics service provider GLS or DHL and internationally with DHL.

Shipping to USA:

Shipping to USA is available again! Please proceed to checkout to see delivery costs. Thank you. We keep costs as low as possible. Custom fees will be paid by sender (Reutter Miniaturen) with the new service "Postal Delivered Duty Paid" (PDDP) due to new customs regulations of September 2025.

Shipping for Christmas:

• All orders placed by December 17, 2025, within Germany and from neighboring countries will be delivered in time for the holidays!**

*All completed and paid orders (PayPal/credit card). **We guarantee timely handover to the delivery service.

• Orders from all other European countries should be placed by Monday, December 15, 2025, at the latest. After this date, we cannot guarantee timely handover for delivery before Christmas.

• Worldwide (outside of EU) orders should be placed by Sunday, December 7, 2025, at the latest. After this date, we cannot guarantee timely handover for delivery before Christmas.

Of course, we will do our utmost to ensure that every one of your orders is delivered diligently and on time.
